About Insurance

We accept all PPO and Indemnity plans. We will prepare all the claims for you so that you can between you and your insurance company, NOT between your insurance company and our office. We can make NO guarantee of any estimated coverage. However, we will do our very best that you receive maximum benefit.

You will be responsible for your total obligation should your insurance result in less coverage than anticipated. If you wish to know what your insurance will cover we will be happy to submit a pre-treatment estimate. Your insurance will send us a response in 4-6 weeks. If you happen to have secondary dental insurance, we will be happy to submit the claim in your name. You will, however, be asked to pay the co-pay because your secondary insurance will reimburse you directly.

In some instances, we are asked to bill your medical insurance for medically related services provided. Your insurance company may mail a check to you to pay for those services or to the policy holder of the plan. If you receive any checks from your insurance company we ask you to please contact our office to help you understand what service your insurance paid for and to coordinate payment.
