Minimal Waiting
These days the average wait time in dental offices is 30 minutes. Although the word “Patient” means to wait and have patience, we try hard not to make our patients wait as we have the utmost respect for our clients time.
On occasion things do happen… sometimes just like you, we have those days when we are running behind. At those times however, we give our patients courtesy phone call to give them a heads up that they may have to wait a bit, giving our patients an opportunity to run that errand or catch up on their e-mails.
